If you'd like to work with us, please start by taking our design survey - that way we can get a feeling for your likes, the ideal scope of work for your project, big or small, and an honest estimation of your budget.

Whether you want a garden bed, a full yard design-install or simply an hour of our time to discuss some recommendations on what to plant where, schedule a time on our calendar for an initial hour-long in-person consult.

If you decide to move forward with a design, we will send you our contract and a link for payment, which will be based on the estimated number of hours it will take to complete your design. As soon as those are complete, we will call to schedule the initial design session on the property.

We will spend an initial four to eight hours of design time working on-site, in order to get the best feel for the space and get as much input as you'd like to give while in the initial creative phase of design.

When the draft design is complete, we will meet via Zoom to talk about any changes or other feedback you would like incorporated into the final design.

You will receive the agreed-upon design files via email (site plan(s), plant lists, conceptual video, etc.)

If you would like us to estimate the cost of your install project, we charge an up-front fee, because we want to pass savings onto you. Within three weeks of payment, we will provide an estimated budget for your project based on your scope, timing and goals.

Contracting directly with our network will give you the best pricing available, and with a little management on your part (following our instructions) the goal is to have your project in the ground as quickly as possible.

We offer ongoing biweekly, monthly, or growing-season kick-off garden and plant care (geared toward successful plant health and fruit/veggie production, not traditional mow-and-blow lawn maintenance)
